A French resident living Le Cannet [ Cannes ] , visiting Monaco Thursday passed away at night to the Princess Grace Hospital, following her wounds. Around 4:15 pm, on the stairs connecting the Sun Casino to the Buddha-Bar, she was one of five people wounded by the fall of a candelabra Euphorbia. Verification made with the Public Security, indeed, unfortunately, the victim most affected by the fall of this big cactus on Thursday 24/05/2018 around 16:15 on the stairs connecting the Sun Casino to the Buddha-Bar, at the Avenue des Spélugues, succumbed to his injuries at night at the CHPG. Touched on the leg and suffering from an open wound, this lady did not survive. Aged 92, this French lived in Le Cannet and was visiting the Principality. Four other people were injured during this extremely rare accident: two men in their 60s (a right foot wound and vagal discomfort), a woman in her fifties (back pain) and a woman young woman in her twenties (emotional shock).
